Eli joined the Netflix team in August 2020 in an effort to refine and scale their internal creative agency & production team to support larger content needs within the creative production organization. She has more than tripled the overall content output of the team and is bolstering the ability for Netflix partners to tell stories about the content, culture and business of Netflix through video.
Eli has successfully worked across an array of verticals over the last 16+ years including broadcast TV, commercials, branded content, digital media, music videos, corporate marketing, films, VR, and experiential, accumulating expertise in each.
As a Head of Production and Executive Producer, she has led numerous large-scale, integrated and multi-platform campaigns for clients including Honda, Clinique, S'well, Nike, Sony Records, AM Resorts, Grammarly, Nectar, Quibi, and Expedia. She has built content teams and department workflows for end-to-end efficiencies across the globe for companies such as Mustache Agency, Complex Media and Dear World.
She has collaborated with world class brands, organizations and networks including Warner Brothers, ABC, NBC, Universal, Vice, T-Brand Studios, Sesame Workshop, Food Network, Travel Channel, General Motors, Under Armour, Everlane, OXFAM, Crisis Action, The Nobel Peace Prize, Vogue, Conde Nast, Unilever, Estee Lauder, Sephora and more.
