Born in Italy, she is the daughter of the renowned Austrian Art Director Martin Schmollgruber. Carolina has always been immersed in visual creativity and the press environment. After studying art at the Sorbonne, she worked in trend offices in Milan and Paris analyzing and anticipating trends in colors, fabrics, and shapes for the fashion industry. To pursue her writing skills on prospective concepts and attitudes, she later studied journalism at CFJ in Paris. She worked for several years at Figaro Magazine in Lifestyle and the professional beauty press, where her passion for brand strategy grew. She then joined L’Oréal, where she developed brand content at an international level combined with a digital activation on social media platforms. Now reconnecting with her Italian roots at Armani, Carolina follows her ambition to make brand communication evolve towards conversational paths with new engaging content in collaboration with exciting artists.
