This campaign refers to the dramatic season just gone that ended with a return to the UEFA Champions League. ‘A Riveder Le Stelle’ [we came forth to see again the stars] is the driving force behind the campaign to encourage fans to get season tickets for next season with a work inspired by renaissance art and a slogan taken straight from the Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri.
We travelled to the club’s stadium in Milan where all the selected fans gathered where a 115 people were photographed in one day which was no easy task, this was done in small groups of 4 to 6 people. During the pre-production the different characters and acting where studied and assigned to the long casting, it was a very long day not only for Joan but for Alex who was working at light speed to cut out each photographed group to be able to put together a very detailed preview of the final composition giving the client and agency the possibility to visualize everything and do adjustments during the photo session if needed.
There are many significant messages hidden in the image, allegories related to Inter worthy of the greatest pieces of renaissance art. It was a very challenging project due to the tight deadline we had and the large amount of details that needed to be created and integrated.
