Olivier Breton born Sept. 18, 1964 in Nancy. DEA in Sciences Texts and Documents at the University of Paris VII, Olivier Breton taught philosophy and literature, while devoting himself to publishing (at Seuil and Flammarion), to research (Institut Mémoires de l'Édition contemporary) and journalism (Amaury Group, History and Miscellaneous Reviews). Communication group Pléiades created in 1994 (became a leading French editorial communication), and sold to the Publicis Group in 2004, he becomes Vice-President of Publicis Consultants while managing the Publicis Group's European Broadcasting Agency, Verbe. In 2008, it was the Agency of communication and press, all specialized content on the problems of company and editorial. All content (now 67 employees) specializes in corporate communication, crisis communication, change, internal communication, public affairs. Olivier Breton has become the magazine and the ParisBerlin site for more than ten years. ParisAlger, Paris Montreal, ParisCasablanca, ParisTheran, Paris Tunis, ParisBrussels, ParisMilan, ParisAbidjan, ParisLisbonne and ParisNewyork. It launches in January 2019, the magazine EUROPEANS diffused to 25 000 copies in kiosks and bookstores. Olivier Breton is a member of the Editorial Board of the Revue Hermès (CNRS); member of the Board of Directors of the Berlin Economic Circle; member of Wirschaftrat Berlin; Director of the Franco-Iranian think tank, expert of the 3rd College of the French European Movement and decorated by the Bundesverdienstkreuz (Officer of the German Order of Merit). He is also the 2017 European Initiative Award. Following Bruno Fuchs (Member of Parliament for LREM), he was a prisoner of the Presidency of the Influence Agency : Image et Stratégie Europe since 1 September 2017. Finally he is the author of "99 proposals to re-enchant Franco-German relations"; and "When Germany is reinvented, the shock of reunification".
