questionnaire
1.) What was your very first job?
A summer job at my dad's atelier and design studio.
2.) Please describe, in your own words, what your job is and what work it entails.
That’s tough because every day and task is different. Normally I fix problems. I create and design things that work and look beautiful.
3.) How did you discover that the creative world was right for you? Was there a time in your life that you credit to this discovery? What was there train of events that brought you to where you are today?
I basically grew up in my dad’s atelier, between his tools, colours, paper and materials. I can't even recall ever wanting to do something else.
4.) In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how do you find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?
I don't have to go and look for inspiration. Inspiration is always everywhere. Sometimes it’s even overwhelming and normally there are more ideas my head that tasks in front of me.
5.) If you had to pick one piece of work or project that you are most proud of, more for the creative work and innovation it required, rather than its recognition or industry “success,” what would it be?
The original logo, corporate design and visual identity for smart (the car).
6.) What social media artist/account are you most influenced by?
That I couldn’t say … I like and follow @highsnobiety, @manrepeller, @therealgracecoddington, @stefansagmeister, … among many, many others.
7.) Which creative disciplines do you commission most, and are most interested in seeing more of?
Photography, Videography and CGI.
