1.) What was your very first job?

Executive Account in a Media Agency

2.) Please describe, in your own words, what your job is and what work it entails.

I’m Ecommerce, Art &Communication Director at Stradivarius (Inditex Group). My main objective is to establish the worldwide strategy for more than 70 countries and coordinate the three areas thinking as one. I need to think always to improve sales, but with a creative and innovative perspective. Also I’m in charge of all the campaigns, lookbooks, and any simple display related with the image of the company. And finally the internal, offline and online communication.

3.) How did you discover that the creative world was right for you? Was there a time in your life that you credit to this discovery? What was there train of events that brought you to where you are today?

I listened to myself and discovered the qualities I had. Afterwards, I only had to empower them, and thanks to my visual capacity and dedication, observing the work of the best I evolved and created my own criteria.

4.) In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how do you find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?

It's a mix of trusting your criteria and experience, and observe observe & observe what happens socially, creatively and intellectually around you. For me a source of constant inspiration is always to travel and discover the world. And it is always effective to look at the world with the eyes of those you want to reach with your work

5.) If you had to pick one piece of work or project that you are most proud of, more for the creative work and innovation it required, rather than its recognition or industry “success,” what would it be?

I would not like to highlight any in particular. I believe that all moments are important, mistakes and successes. In the end, the most important thing is to be coherent and to create an identity for a brand present around the world

6.) What social media artist/account are you most influenced by?

I follow so many artist that it’s impossible to select one. But my main references are Richard Avedon, Peter Beard, Steven Meisel, Pedro Almodóvar, Stanley Kubrick, Madonna, Star Wars, Frank Lloyd Wright, La India (Asia in general), México, Palm Springs, Los Angeles, New York, Mid Century, Balenciaga, Chanel, Studio 54, Tom Ford, …

7.) Which creative disciplines do you commission most, and are most interested in seeing more of? (ie photo, film, social, experiential, vr, etc)
