Photographer, Mitchell Feinberg, winds up in a hairy situation while shooting some of the season's hottest accessories for the March issue of Elle Magazine. Mitchell shared some commentary on how he prepared to make such dynamic photographs:
"We purchased around ten thousand dollars of hair from a large wig shop in Manhattan. Surly enough, the sales assistant gave me and the prop stylist I collaborated with some odd looks.
I had hand woven each look to accompany the bags, but my prop stylist and I found it quite difficult to prep the big weaves, and it took me forever to weave a weave for the Loewe bag. The curls were the most fragile - the less handled, the better, just like real life, I guess. I have a collie so I am used to seeing hair floating about, but by the end of the shoot my workspace was looking more like a barber shop than a photo studio."
