Innovative, client and performance-driven brand builder, Matthew Grabois has spent his career creating new ways of working in finance using technology and design. After successfully implementing major infrastructure projects and running operations in Boston and Paris; Matthew moved to sales and business development where he spent 15 years covering the Americas, Europe and later Russia and the CEE markets. A passion for creative took Matthew to marketing where he helped transform the banks thought leadership program and account based marketing. He led several campaigns looking outside finance to innovate and inspire with curated content for industry and client events. In 2016, Matthew helped create the Digital Transformation team at BNP Paribas where he leads marketing, creative design and mentors start-ups and transformation agents of the bank. He is a lecture professor on the evolution of financial markets and has done consulting work to help modernise emerging markets. Matthew is a passionate change agent of digital transformation and marketing to create true value for clients.
