Awards winning art director with almost 10 years global communication and marketing experience both at agency and Company around the world. currently he is working as creative lead/art director at IKEA in sweden, and previous work as senior art director at The LEGO group. I was a a radio TV and TV host at my little village in china.

Then you hang out in an environment full of super creative people, you naturally get the creative energy.
4. In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how do you find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?
See the work from the best of the best is one way. Also art and museum is another way.

It can mean anything, as long it has strong visual impact, and make me feel something.
