Vincent is a 30 year veteran of the advertising industry. Starting his career as a creative, his focus has always been crafting ideas to the highest level. An industry leader in the area of integrated production, Vincent and he’s teams produce world class motion, static, and experiential content for social, digital, broadcast, out of home and branded content channels. He has spent the last decade developing new production models to deliver agile content production at scale for some of the largest agencies and their global brands.
In 2020 Vincent co-founded Hearty, a growth focused creative agency, with former colleague Josh Crick. A completely new agency unencumbered by tradition, Hearty is able to deliver true innovation and time/cost efficiencies.
Prior to founding Hearty, Vincent was the Executive Director of Integrated Production for Ogilvy USA responsible for the cross platform production deliverables for all Ogilvy USA clients. Before Ogilvy Vincent was the Chief Production Officer for Publicis Communications North America, leading the integrated production teams of the Publicis Communications creative agencies in North America. Vincent moved to the Publicis holding company Chief Production Officer role from his role inside the Publicis held agency, Leo Burnett. Vincent was the Executive Director of Production at Leo Burnett North America from 2012 to 2017. At Leo Burnett, Vincent lead one of the largest, most award winning production departments in the industry. His focus was on building a truly integrated production team - connecting motion, digital, retail and print producers into a single high functioning department. In 2013 Vincent launched the GreenHouse content and digital studio at Leo Burnett to solve clients agile digital/content production needs. The GreenHouse studio quickly grew to services clients across the Publicis Groupe portfolio. Before Joining Leo Burnett in 1999, Vincent spent a decade at BDDO where he made the move from creative to production early in his career.
Vincent has received numerous awards, including a Gold Clio for the Altoids integrated campaign “Altodia”, a Cannes Film Gold Lion for Altoids and a Cannes Direct Gold Lion for the production of Coca Cola’s “Small World Machines”. His production teams have won many industry awards, including the AICP Next Best of Show for Allstate “Social Savy Burglar” and several Cannes Gold Lions for the Always “Like a Girl” campaign. Vincent’s team produced the "Air B&B / Van Gogh's Bedroom" project that was awarded 7 Cannes Gold Lions. In 2017 his Samsung production team produced the multi Cannes award winning “Ostrich” film. While at Ogilvy Vincent has produced award winning work including the 2019 SCJ “B-Studios” project which highlighted famous music recorded in Bathrooms as some of the most renowned recording studios around the country.
Vincent sits on the Midwest regional board for the Brady Campaign to end gun violence. He resides in Chicago with his wife, kids and too many pets.
