Marni serves as the Chief Production officer at Swift, a female founded creative agency that crafts culturally relevant work that is social by design. She is a part of Swift’s executive leadership team to further the mission of delivering best in class creative. Before joining Swift, she spent 25 years at Wieden + Kennedy, where she led the agency’s world-class global
art/content production team. While there, she was instrumental in transforming the expertise from a focus on photography and illustration to an expanded skill set that included film, animation, events, experiential, and activations. All with the primary focus on executional excellence regardless of platform.
In addition, she co-founded the W+K Gallery, an art and experiential events gallery partnering with multi-media artists from all over the world. Her client list includes Nike, Google, Shiseido, LVMH, Levi’s, Target, Calvin Klein, Gatorade, P+G, Coca-Cola, Paypal, Chrysler/Dodge, United Nations, Starbucks, The Gap and Tik Tok amongst others. She also helps oversee + negotiate the rare collection of photography of Paige Powell, muse of Andy Warhol featuring the work of Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiats amongst other iconic luminaries.
Marni’s long standing advocacy for diversity, equity and inclusion helps to shape culture instead of chasing it. A progressive disruptor for the greater good, she is never satisfied with the status quo. More than any award she’s won, Marni is most proud of the diverse creative teams she builds and the long standing relationships she created. Outside of work, she’s just as fiercely dedicated to her work of raising two empathetic children and supporting contemporary artists serving on various boards.
