Andrea CAVALLARI

Graduation at Dams Bologna in Cinema & Theatre . After being assistant on various sets with any duty, starts shooting and editing on his own, various short films, with a DIY (do it yoursel) approach! In 2011 starts a theatre company, Garten, with Giorgia Maretta codirecting and participates to  various theatre festivals, arriving to final nominees. Today he directs commercials and short stories.

During an on the road trip to California,  “I bambini sono il nostro viaggio migliore” has come to life. I shot it as an emotional commercial, though with a documentary format. I had it in my eyes already while flying over to San Francisco. It is all about a child and her family travelling through  undiscovered territories, connecting to the perfect metaphor of life and of modern parenting. Delivering a better future world for the coming generation must be our aim.
