Highly motivated and driven Marketing & Communication Consultant specializing in Brand Strategy. I am currently Chief Marketing Officer of AGNONA, luxury brand of the Zegna Group I have previously followed important projects for SAMSUNG and for LUXOTTICA, optical area. Recent marketing manager for TRUSSARDI GROUP. I started my career in the 90's as a copy writer for Moschino, Reebok and in publishing literature, music and film as Il Mulino, Giunti, Ricordi Media Store and Cecchi Gori.

2. Please describe, in your own words, what your job is and what work it entails.

I have developed proven experience in Brand strategy and Brand Building. I am strongly committed to consulting in Marketing & Communication. I have a natural willingness to manage complex projects starting from Brand Image to the realization of development plans that have an impact on the income statement always marked by innovation; measure, grow and protect the reputation of the brand and manage the communication activities that combine to create it is my mission. I work as a brand-building. Retail Marketing, PR and communication.

My activity requires concentration and digression together. passion and respect. listening skills. determination and ability to change ideas together with change.

3. How did you discover that the creative world was right for you? Was there a time in your life that you credit to this discovery? What was there train of events that brought you to where you are today?

I was born in a family of artists. I've always invented stories. I acted at the theater. for me the expression is normalThe train of the events that took me to where I am today having crossed an Argentine friend on the street in Bologna in the 1990s, asking who were the people who conceived advertising.

4. In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how do you find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?

I love to travel, to look at the bread that every people in their countries eat and to see how every people lives their theater. I follow the evolution of contemporary art. I observe the evolution of taste in food and fashion. I do not miss a sanremo festival to understand my country. I need to be very close to nature: for me the country side is fundamental

5. If you had to pick one piece of work or project that you are most proud of, more for the creative work and innovation it required, rather than its recognition or industry “success,” what would it be?

I very much loved an adv campaign that I made for Trussardi with Willian Wegman to celebrate the centenary of the brand
