I was born in Russia, grew up in Germany and decided to move to London when I was 18 to study Marketing Communications. I always liked the aspect of being multilinguistic and working with and in different cultures. After having worked in marketing during and aftermy studies, I was given a role within publishing that made me understand that I could combine my passion and career.
Now I am the photographic editor of British GQ, where I have been working for almost four years creating concepts and producing shoots. Here, my role involves art direction on set and working closely with portrait, fashion and still-life photographers to achieve a high standard of content for the pages of GQmagazine, as well as overseeing the quality of photography. I also worked on several projects such as photo editing and research for the London Sartorial: Men's Style From Street To Bespoke book.
