Al is the co-founder of Sunshine and our Group Creative Chairman. He is a leading expert on the power of entertainment and brand storytelling. His career highlights are as varied as they are numerous. Al has produced landmark cultural events including the Secret Policeman’s Ball and Coca-Cola’s London Olympics activation; conceived global campaigns for iconic brands including Gucci, BMW and Google; and has also authored two best-selling children’s books. Through co-founding Sunshine, Al has been the driving force behind the transformation of global media giants like A+E Networks and the reinvigoration of national treasures including the Roald Dahl Literary Estate and BBC Worldwide. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the London Philharmonic Orchestra and has crafted its most ambitious vision to date. Al's reputation as a creative trailblazer was endorsed by Debrett’s and The Sunday Times when he was named as one of Britain’s most influential people in 2016. As Sunshine’s Creative Chairman, he oversees all output for Sunshine's brand partners.
