mfk (claim: “we tell your story”) primarily works for the cosmetic and fashion industry as well as in the food and lifestyle sector. Clients include EAU THERMALE AVÈNE, COTY, P&G, ALNATURA and many others.
Fuchs holds a degree in Communications Management from European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel, Germany, and has for a long time been working worldwide as a journalist.
What was your very first job?
I initiated and managed one of the biggest rock concerts ever at my high school.
Please describe in your own words what your job is and what it entails.
I coordinate and support different project teams within my agency with my long-time experience. In sum, I enable my team to fulfill our job, which can best be described as “we tell your story”.
How did you discover that the creative world was right for you? Was there a time in your life that you credit to this discovery? Which train of events did bring you to where you are today?
My mother is a writer, many of my relatives are journalists. I have always been fascinated with the idea of understanding brands and personalities, with telling their stories, giving them a face, a platform and evoking emotions. Because emotions connect. Every person, and every brand has their own personality. A DNA which makes them unique and that is what I want to understand and communicate.
When I was 23, spent two years in Italy. It was one of the best experiences of my life: la dolce vita, the lifestyle, fashion, cuisine, arts and culture have had a lasting impact on everything I do. The discovery of Israel and it’s people 3 years ago had the same impact on me and marks an additional direction in my life.
In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how do you find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?
I’m incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by young and creative people. That gives me an unstoppable energy. Our base Berlin and traveling inspire me as well.
If you had to pick one piece of work or project that you are most proud of, more for the creative work and innovation it required, rather than its recognition or industry “success,” what would it be?
I guess that would be the coffee table book “70 x inspiring Tel Aviv”, which we realized as an independent publication: a serving of stories about young and creative Israeli minds – chefs, designers, entrepreneurs. All of them inspire in very different ways but are united by their pure optimism and typical Israeli just-do-it mentality. A celebration of a land and its people, including Rudi Weissenstein’s iconic photos of the early years of the young State, coinciding with Israel’s 70th anniversary in 2018.
