What was your very first job?
Working in Bangkok for Triumph.;) 23 years ago;) I had a great time. Thailand became my 2nd home.
Please describe, in your own words, what your job is and what work it entails.
It is a pleasure to work for a global company like ESCADA. Great to be connected to the world outside and have colleagues and friends all over the planet. It is intense, fun, exciting, curious, enlightening, crazy and connecting at the same time.
How did you discover that the creative world was right for you? Was there a time in your life that you credit to this discovery? What was there train of events that brought you to where you are today?
It came with my family. They are all very creative and open beloved ones. I knew that my place will be more in the creative field already in high school.
It was easy to take that path because I had the full support of my family and friends. I wanted to discover the „creative world“ and travel and not stay at one place in one country my whole life long. My job is always more than a job to me. It is my source of inspiration.
In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how do you find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?
Traveling, meeting friends talking to a lot of different people not only from my industry. Working with a great team to support and inspire each other.
If you had to pick one piece of work or project that you are most proud of, more for the creative work and innovation it required, rather than its recognition or industry “success,” what would it be?
Hmm. I am in the industry for quite some time now. In my early days there had been projects I really fell in love with. But today I guess it is more the overall journey I am proud of. I always followed my intentions, moved to different countries, experimented different companies and I am true to myself.
