Tim joined JWT during the 90s as an Art Director. He has since worked his way up to Executive Creative Director through agency networks including McCann, BBDO, TBWA and M&C Saatchi. He also co-founded two agencies, one being swallowed by FCB and the other still running independently in the Middle East. In his spare time he writes and performs stand-up comedy - reaching the final of London's Stand-Up comedy festival in 2004. Working at Facebook, he hopes to enhance the 1.49 billion monthly active user's experience through his collaborations with creative agencies.
