Natalie has over 20 years of experience and success in talent management, scouting, strategic partnerships and alliances in Entertainment, Fashion and Beauty. Prior to lauching Forecast in the UK, Natalie was the Director of the Women's Division of Ford Models in New York and Los Angeles. During her 16 year tenure at Ford she managed the careers of Emily Ratajkowski, Hailey Baldwin, Chanel Iman and Lexi Boling; negotiating endorsements for Prada, Versace, Guess Jeans, Anna Sui, Chanel, Saint Laurent and Marc Jacobs. Before forging ahead in the world of fashion and model management, Natalie worked alongside Michael Ovitz at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) with the industry's top writers, producers, and actors.
