What was your very first job?

My very first job was a weekend paper round (paperboy).

Please describe, in your own words, what your job is and what work it entails.

Providing all our clients with best in-class digital thing and the opportunity to innovate through new tools and technologies

How did you discover that the creative world was right for you? Was there a time in your life that you credit to this discovery? Was there a train of events that brought you where you are today?

Creativity has been a huge part of my life, from music and art at high school, through to film, marketing and advertising at college. Like most people, I had some good advice that pushed me into something that I love, for which I am very thankful.  

In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how do you find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?

I like looking outside of the industry to see how others are innovating. This could be new manufacturing technique, or even deep-sea salvage where they are constantly trying to work against the clock in pretty risky situations. I find that innovative thinking is everywhere around us, we just need to look for it.   

If you had to pick one piece of work or project that you are most proud of, more for the creative work and innovation rather than its recognition or industry "success," what would it be?

We recently built a full game for a client, with over an hour’s-worth of gameplay, full narrative, backstory and characters. It was an amazing project to lead.

Which creative disciplines do you commission most, and are most interested in seeing more of and why? Which of these disciplines are you most interested in seeing at CONNECTIONS? (ie photo, film, production, social, experiential, vr, cgi, animation etc).

I’m mostly commissioning Development partners for web, app and AR/VR development. In addition, we’re doing a lot of work with content creators and influencers.
