What was your very first job?

My very first job when I was at 16 years old – was gift-wrapping in a perfumery during the Christmas season. My senses were overflown by the smells…

 

Please describe, in your own words, what your job is and what work it entails?

My job is to take care of the image of our brand. To define, create and implement a strategy for its development. I am leading the brand marketing team which converts this strategy in marketing activities like campaigns, advertising, Media & Social Media, PR and Events.

 

 How did you discover that the creative world was right for you? Was there a time in your life that you credit to this discovery? What was there train of events that brought you to where you are today?

I worked for agencies like Publicis for almost ten years. It was great to work with different brands in these times because it was very diversified and always exciting. It opened my view and my horizon, but was always missing the feeling of a real and deep identification with a brand and having the chance to take decisions I totally believed in.

My fascination with the fashion industry began in 2011 when I started working for Guido Maria Kretschmer, being surrounded by fashion brands made me feel at home. The fashion world is extremely fast-paced and there is a lot of competition. However, if you have a great product and if you create an emotional approach to draw in your customer you will find your place in this industry.

 

In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how do you find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?

Non-stop exchange with people / Keeping up-to-date with the digital world / traveling / being curious about new people, ideas, views.

 

If you had to pick one piece of work or project that you are most proud of, more for the creative work and innovation it required, rather than its recognition or industry “success,” what would it be?

The concept of the “black is the new black” launch event in September 2016
