Wanda Martin is a London based photographer working in the fashion and music industry.
Having graduated with MA Hons. from London College of Fashion in photography, her work was subsequently published in Wonderland, Numero Russia, Hunger, Boycott, Metal and Kinkong magazines. Currently, she is collaborating with Foxes Magazine in print and online, as contributing fashion photographer and art director, and with AMCK Model Agency as film director featuring AMCK boys, published on British GQ. In addition to her studies she graduated with BA Hons. from Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in Fine Art Photography and from Eotvos Lorand University Budapest in Aesthetics, Film History and Theory. She also published several of her personal projects, ‘Nights Out’ documentary series on i-D, and ‘Lovers’ series on Dazed digital. Wanda Martin worked with artists such as Sergei Polunin, ballet dancer, and musicians Eagles of Death Metal, The Horros, La Femme, Carl Barat, The Orwells, The Garden twins, Raff Law, using strong visual aesthetics which she developed in recent years.
The key themes of her fashion, personal and film projects are Gender Studies, Androgyny, Youth Culture and Subcultures. With solid background in art direction, photography and videography she is exploring new territories in film making, fashion editorial and advertising.
