Earlier this Fall, Ykone partnered with women’s clothing brand ESCADA to highlight the brand’s latest collections — ‘Main Line’ (evening wear) and Sport. British influencers Grace Hodge and Grace McGovern were selected as our models, with content captured by the Ykone production team in apartment settings in London. Our intention was to show our influencers as they prepare for Christmas, with Grace Hodge decorating her home for the holidays and Grace McGovern getting ready for a night out on the town. A blurred effect was applied to the visuals, creating an identifiable artistic direction across the campaign. A hair and make-up artist was on set to ensure that we capture the festive spirt of the season, while remaining true to the ESCADA brand DNA: simple hair styles and nude makeup with a bold lip colour. Our selected photographer was fashion, beauty, fashion and advertising photographer, Marco Trunz. Marco is known for his contemporary and modern photography characteristics and he approaches each shoot with a unique collaborative and fun spirit.
Content was shared on the Influencers’ Instagram pages, and also on the official ESCADA brand page. Creative assets were adapted to various formats, including Instagram posts, Instagram stories and for editorial use in ESCADA magazine.
